Dave in dispatch and the on-site crews are FANTASTIC! By far the best in the business! Dedicated to seeing the job through despite adverse weather conditions and all the odds being against them! Dave truly deserves a pay raise and promotion for dealing with me and my disaster (my waterlogged, 36" 5th wheel camper that floodwaters stuck in the trees and frozen floodwater/mud for months). A+ crew!

Broke down with my horse trailer, they had no problem sending out two guys to me to tow the tuck and a second truck to hook up to the trailer.The guys were very nice and they hooked everything up fast.They backed the trailer in great!Also let me know they would have been able to tow the trailer with the horses so that was great to know incase of an emergency.would recommend.

When my 42 ft class A coach broke down right in the middle of the road I had to get it moved and quickly. I had already made an appointment for routine service at my dealer so luckily we had someplace to get it taken to. Just as others have said in other reviews, roadside assistance for a big RV is a challenge. The size of our motorcoach does not allow just anyone to tow it. Its big and heavy!!!. My insurance companies roadside assistance simply said "well good luck"! But with the big name RV roadside assistance company, they worked until they finally found someone. More than 20 towing companies were called before they found APR Towing. Even though its now late on a Friday night and the dealer is now closed, APR sent a huge truck and driver and they arrived in a little over 1 hour from the initial call. My driver was cheerful, helpful and a true professional. He quickly eased my concerns about how to pickup our rig and he quickly went to work. Within just a few minutes that big rig was safely on the hook and moved to safety. In these difficult times we live in, its such a breath of fresh air to encounter a great group of professional and cheerful team. Many Thanks

The need for towing is always a stressful situation, but needing a tow for you RV motor home when you’re far, far from home goes way beyond stressful! We thought we were confident in our thinking that, as we had a roadside service, our needs would be met promptly with any situation. Don’t kid yourself! We waited for 7 hours and for 5 other services to be called by our roadside service before they finally called APR Towing. APR should be the 1st call on EVERY roadside service call out list because they GET THE JOB DONE AND DONE RIGHT! We want to personally thank Gary, James, Joe and Marcus for their outstanding job in helping us get our RV where it needed to go for diagnostics. Thank you again.

On July 17, 2020 I had this towing company move my 34' sailboat to a shop so I could finish some re- fitting before she goes in the water next may. The professionals at Apr. Were on the money with the whole service. The driver not only made feel comfortable and. Confident but also gave me an education on the process. I will certainly be calling on them in May for the final move to old saybrook CT ..thanks Apr.

It's hard to have a great experience with a towing company, because if you've had to call them, you're already having a bad day. Having said that, we broke down on the Pike with a truck and trailer, and AAA sent these folks out with two trucks to rescue us. Josh was the foreman/supervisor in one of the trucks, and went out of his way to work with us. They had to charge us for the trailer which wasn't covered by AAA, but it was fair and professional. Our truck was towed back to our mechanic in Hampden, and they allowed the trailer to sit on their lot for a couple of hours while we got another truck and came back for it.We were ready for the (unfortunately) typical rude, uncooperative experience that we've experienced in the past dealing with towing companies. We were pleasantly surprised that these were real, decent human beings that helped make a tough day a little easier. Thanks!

Our car broke down on the Mass Pike coming from Boston driving to Canada. They were quick about 20 minutes. Very helpful being from out of country. They dropped us off at a great auto mechanic and brought us to a lovely hotel. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Paul from Sturbridge Service Center was set to tow my car on the masspike for a flat tire, but then he scouted the entire car for the tool he needed to see if we could get it changed right away. He was able to find the tool he needed, and he saved me and my ability to make it to an appointment that I otherwise would have to cancel

One of my trucks broke down in a major intersection last week. Sturbridge Service Center responded immediately and saved me from a big headache. We run a fleet of vehicles and every time we need them they are there. They are very professional and skilled. We expect our providers to go above and behind as we do and Sturbridge Service certainly fits the bill.
